TriM Scope II
Self aligning 2-Photon Microscope
- Optimized depth penetration: Optimized for deep penetration in the single beam mode, with high efficiency collection optics, pre-chirp correction, optimized beam diameter and Ultra-sensitive PMT's
- Optimized scan speed. For samples that require high frame rates, use the 64 beam scan mode for frame rates of 10-100 per second.
- OPO for red probes and proteins. Deep penetration for red-dyes
- Simultaneous OPO and Ti:Sa scanning

- Motorized triple lens telescope for adapting the laser beam to the objective lens and penetration
- Photo diodes for software assisted beam alignment
- Suitable for wavelengths between 710nm .... 980nm

- Two axis galvano scanner
- Scan rate up to 1.2kHz with non resonant scanner
- Frame rate 31Hz @ 1004x1002 pixel in 64 beam and EM-CCD camera
